Level 2 – Junior Diploma – 2nd Year

Junior Diploma – 2nd Year strengthens the student's basic music foundation and introduces more disciplined vocal and harmonium practice. Students practice sargam, alankar, simple raag-based phrases, taal counting, voice warm-up, breath control, and harmonium coordination. They also learn how to sing with better timing and follow teacher-led riyaaz more independently. This level helps students move from beginner practice to confident basic performance. By the end of this year, students can sing and play simple musical pieces with better sur, rhythm, and confidence.
