Level 5 – Sangeet Prabhakar – 1st Year

Sangeet Prabhakar – 1st Year is an advanced foundation level where students begin moving from guided learning toward deeper musical understanding and self-practice. In this level, students work on raag-based vocal practice, vilambit and drut singing, alankar, taan patterns, swar-vistar, taal control, and harmonium accompaniment. They learn how to support their singing with harmonium and how to present compositions with more confidence. Special focus is given to disciplined riyaaz, expression, pronunciation, stage confidence, and practical understanding of classical and semi-classical music.
